Germanium Description
Germanium - Germanium is
common in virtually all organic material. Germanium is plentiful in
broccoli, garlic, mushrooms, onions, rhubarb, milk and dairy
products, and the herbs aloe vera and ginseng. As with all
nutrients, it is best to get a daily allowance of this compound
though normal eating patterns. Supplements are popular, however.
Germanium is an essential component to the delivery of oxygen to the
