Copper Description
Copper - Copper is
essential to the formation of bone, bone marrow, blood products, red
blood cells, and is deeply involved in promoting healing in the
body. There is a relationship among Copper, Vitamin C, and Zinc,
such that an imbalance in one will markedly reduce the effectiveness
of the others. Too much copper in the system is destructive to the
eyes. Not enough Copper can bring on osteoporosis, general weakness,
poor respiratory function, and skin sores. Copper can be obtained
through a died high in almonds, avocados, beans, beets, broccoli,
garlic, liver, oranges, mushrooms and oats.
