Copper Description

Copper - Copper is essential to the formation of bone, bone marrow, blood products, red blood cells, and is deeply involved in promoting healing in the body. There is a relationship among Copper, Vitamin C, and Zinc, such that an imbalance in one will markedly reduce the effectiveness of the others.
